Due to the unprecedented high volume of early consignments received, Mecum Auctions  has officially expanded their 2013 Kissimmee auction. The event will now span 10 days with plans tyo offer more than 3,000 vehicles.
When the consignment window opened for the traditional January event, Mecum officials were swamped with 1,000 quality cars within a week’s period of time. Knowing there were many more who wanted to be a part of it, organizers starting working with the venue (Osceola Heritage Park) to secure additional time.
The 2013 event will begin on Friday, January 18 and run daily until the last car rolls across the block on Sunday, January 27. Bigger simply just got biggest.
While preparations for this event are getting underway, Mecum still has a couple of items to finish from its busy 2012 calendar. The 2012 Fall Premier will be held at the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois from October 25-27 while the Anaheim, California, event will take place November 15-17 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
