To combat the corrosive effects of today’s ethanol blended fuels on classic cars, hot rods and more, STA-BIL’s team of scientists have developed STA-BIL 360 to provide corrosion protection above and below the fuel line. The product releases a vapor inside the fuel system that coats all metal parts including the fuel tank, sending unit, valves, carburetor, injectors and intake manifold. Essentially, it’s like fogging your fuel system.
To celebrate the product release earlier this year, STA-BIL 360 officials unveiled a custom built ’71 Camaro to be given away later this year. Potential owners can enter the sweepstakes through registration at the website www.sta-bil360.com.
The prize car was rebuilt by Jared Zimmerman and Lou Santiago, hosts of the Velocity TV show, Car Fix.
