Since 2010, the Chicago Blackhawks, in partnership with Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana Chevy dealers, have been giving away a custom, one-of-a-kind Chicago Blackhawks-themed Camaro to a lucky fan. In 2013, over 300,000 people entered the contest.
The vehicle is featured and discussed on nearly every radio show in the Chicago sports market, and this year’s edition will be no exception.
ChevyDrivesChicago.com has teamed up RealWheels (RWC) to build the 2014 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible Chicago Blackhawks edition. The official debut to the general public will be at The Chicago Auto Show this weekend.
After the Auto Show, the vehicle will make appearances throughout Chicago and will also be displayed at United Center during Blackhawks home games. At the end of the season, one lucky fan will have the chance to win it and take delivery at the annual Blackhawks Convention.
RWC brought in some extra help to make this vehicle the hottest Chicago Blackhawks Camaro to date. Among the contributors are Eric Carter and Brad Marvin from Cartronix in Valparaiso, Indiana, who upgraded the audio system. Varad Lighting of California provided extra accents, Estrada Customs of Vernon Hill, Illinois, handled the paint and body work. Katzkin Custom Interior, Advanced Composite Specialties (ACS) ACS-T4  and 2crave added custom touches.
