Boss 429 lifters
The 1969-’70 Boss 429 Mustang’s V-8 had unique pushrod clearance and oiling requirements when roller lifters were used. Crane Cams has introduced its Ultra Pro roller lifter set to help address those issues. The lifters are made from one piece of carburized steel, and they feature heat-treated steel locking bars and the company’s Monel pin and flange assemblies.
