Pin top shock mounts
Help the shock absorbers on your C4, C5 or C6 Corvette work better by installing a set of pin top shock mounts, available from Banski Motorsports. They work by reducing the flex at the mounting point, and by relieving stress on the shock rod. Mounts are available for these Corvettes equipped with 10mm shock rods, as well as C4s with the FX3 adjustable shocks. The kit includes Delrin bushings and stainless steel mounts (C5/C6 kit shown), allowing you to upgrade all four shocks. The bolt-on pieces require no modifications to the car, and replace factory stock rubber bushings.
Fuel rail covers
Dress up the engine bay of your 2011-2012 6.4L Hemi-powered Challenger SRT8 with a set of fuel rail cover overlays from American Car Craft. Increase both horsepower and torque in a 2007-2013 Shelby GT500 Mustang with this throttle body assembly, offered by Central Florida Motorsports. Made in the U.S., it is a direct replacement for the factory unit, and features a precision machined billet aluminum housing with twin 67mm bores for maximum airflow. It also has OEM-quality gears, throttle position sensor and drive motor, with a polished finish. Dyno testing shows increases of 37 horsepower and 26 lbs-ft of torque.

Included are a set of 1½-inch shorty headers (uncoated, standard-duty ceramic coated, or Elite heavy-duty) from Hedman Hedders; motor mounts and pads from Trans Dapt; and a high-performance, seven-quart oil pan from Hamburger’s Performance, specifically designed to clear the S-10 front crossmember. Kits are available for first-gen Chevy small blocks with factory, angle plug or D-port heads for two-wheel drive trucks; four-wheel drive kits are available for factory heads only. Upgrade the ignition system in your 331 to 354ci or 392ci Hemi-equipped Mopar with this unit from Performance Distributors for quicker starting, smoother idling, increased horsepower and better fuel mileage. Featuring a simple, one-wire hook-up, it allows for wider spark plug gaps (.050 to .055-inch) and is completely electronic, having no points to wear out. It utilizes a 50,000-volt coil and high-dwell Dyna Module, and the cap and rotor have brass terminals for improved conductivity. Street/strip and racing versions are available.
Flywheels for Fords
Improve the performance of the transmission in your big-block or FE-equipped Ford with a new billet steel flywheel from PRW Industries. Part of the company’s Performance Quotient Series, the eight different flywheels have been CAD-engineered, then CNC-machined from 1045 billet steel, and are SFI Spec 1.1 certified. All are balanced and have been drilled to accept a 28 inch-ounce counterweight (some flywheels include the counterweight). Applications include 1963-1974 332ci-428ci FE engines; 1966-1970 332ci-428ci FE engines; 1969-1978 429ci-460ci big-blocks; and 1968-1997 429ci-460ci big-blocks.
Reduce front end weight and provide extra room for headers and the oil pan when you install this tubular K-member from UPR Products. The seamless mild steel tubing is TIG welded, features a black powdercoated finish, and will not alter the car’s wheelbase. It can be used with factory original A-arms, UPR’s non-adjustable or adjustable A-arms, but installation requires the re-use of factory hardware.
