Visitors to the Los Angeles International Auto Show will get to see more than 20 cars as part of displays from Galpin Auto Sports (GAS). Included in the fleet are some premieres shown exclusively to the automotive aftermarket industry at the 2011 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas and never before seen by the public.
In Kentia Hall at the GAS-branded big rig, the general public will get the first opportunity to see a fleet of more than 15 customized, hand-built, project cars shown by Galpin Auto Sports. Included in the GAS display are project cars including the SPX charity wide-body Mustang built to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; a 700-hp matte black GAS-built ’67 Chevelle; a custom ’58 Chevy Del-Ray, and a Galpin-customized ’32 Ford Roadster.
