Callaway B2K Returns!
25th Anniversary limited edition brings back a famed RPO

Callaway Cars has just announced the return of their famed B2K RPO to celebrate their 25-year relationship with Corvette.
RPO B2K is legendary in the Corvette world and was originally assigned for the Callaway Corvettes built between 1987-1991 as a collaborative effort between Chevrolet and Callaway Cars. It was the first (and only) Corvette RPO established for a non-GM company. Those cars are now fodder for collectors and enthusiasts and after a quarter century of performance, the B2K designation returns to properly hail this milestone limited-edition to be offered from Callaway.
The cars will be a limited production with only 25 units produced for 2012. They will be available as either a Callaway Corvette Grand Sport coupe or convertible with 3LT or 4LT Preferred Equipment Group, auto or stick transmission. All cars will be covered in Cyber Gray Metallic exterior with a Carbon Flash roof and halo panel for coupes or black cloth top for convertibles. To help designate these special cars even further, they will include the Callaway Carbon Fiber Aero Package (featuring a front splitter, rocker panel extensions and spoiler) and will also be adorned with 25th Anniversary exterior and interior badging, including a serialized under-hood plaque with VIN and a serialized dash plaque.
Inside will be equipped with Ebony leather seating with Callaway steering wheel, door sill panels, floor mats (4LT option adds Corvette leather-wrapped interior with suede seat inserts and red stitching).
Performance comes from pressurized air but in the form of a supercharger in lieu of the previous B2K’s twin-turbo setup. Exhaust will exit via Callaway’s Double-D exhaust system with exhaust tip slat trim. Road-handling manners are handled through Callaway engineered dampers with performance wheel alignment and a lowered ride height. Black Chrome Callaway wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 ZP tires wrap around red Corvette brake calipers.
Callaway plans to unveil the new Callaway B2K at their Dealer Summit IV at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green Ky. on April 23rd. With only 25 to be built, all scheduled on April 9th, we suggest you get your spot reserved now by contacting your nearest Callaway-certified Corvette dealer.
