Auctions America will feature a bevy of rare, desirable, low mileage cars at its annual Fort Lauderdale sale, March 14 – 16, including classic examples like a 1954 Chevrolet Corvette.
Offerings from Chevrolet include a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette 427/435 Coupe with just 5,900 miles—one of the lowest mileage examples in existence. Finished in original Marlboro Maroon paint and original black interior, the Corvette is equipped with a 427 V-8 engine producing 435hp and a desirable four-speed manual transmission and boasts a well-documented ownership history. Another low mileage ‘Vette set to cross the block in Fort Lauderdale is a striking 1954 Chevrolet Corvette with just 1,370 original miles, finished in the classic combination of Polo White with a sportsman red interior. This car comes from long term ownership in a well-known private collection and has a fully documented history from the day of delivery, including the original dealer invoice and bill of sale.
“In addition to documentation and low production numbers, low original miles certainly add to the desirability of any car,” says Donnie Gould, president of Auctions America. “The latest low mileage consignments for our Fort Lauderdale sale are offered from long term ownership or prominent private collections and boast all of the elements that a buyer should look for in a collectible vehicle at any level of the market.”
The Fort Lauderdale event, March 14-16, at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, is open to the public for a day rate of $10 or a weekend pass of $25.
