Replace worn out, damaged or even missing hood hinges on your 1964-1972 GTO, Tempest or LeMans with new billet pieces from Ringbrothers. Precision machined from aerospace-grade 6061 T6 billet aluminum, the hinges feature an integrated gas shock that is calibrated for either steel or fiberglass hoods. For 1964-’65 models, the hinges are a solid design (seen here). For 1966-’72 cars, there is also an air frame design as well as a solid hinge. Made in the U.S., no modifications are required for installation, and all hardware is included. Hinges are available in either a natural or extra-cost black anodized finish.

Make welding easier and safer with these magnetic angle fixtures from Lincoln Electric. Part of the company’s Radius Welding Gear product line, the magnetic fixtures can be used to position steel for tack welding, as well as cutting or grinding operations. The three different models are for use on various thicknesses of material, and can positioned at different angles. The magnet can be toggled on or off with a half turn of the knob. Also available is a manual hand lifter for lifting small steel parts or pulling sheets of material, minimizing contact with sharp-edged or hot steel.

Banjo steering wheel
Combining styling found on high-end vehicles from the 1930s and ’40s with modern construction, this Banjo-style wheel from GT Performance Products is perfect for today’s customs, street rods or classics. Featuring polished 6061 aluminum spokes and a leather-trimmed spilt rim grip, it is 15½ inches in diameter with a one-inch dish. Oil pumps for Fords
Jon Kaase Racing Engines has introduced an improved version of their oil pump for 429-460ci big-block Fords. The new pump, now made of aluminum (instead of cast iron), retains the sturdy, long section mountings (which were prone to fracturing on stock units), and features the same impeller mechanism found in the company’s 820ci Pro Stock engines. The pump also has dual oil feeds to the rotor to improve idle and high-rpm pressure, and the unit comes complete with all necessary gaskets, ARP mounting studs and 12-point nuts. Two versions are available: a front-sump pump, which features an angled flange at its inlet port, for use in earlier muscle cars; and the more common rear sump pump, which accepts a long pick-up tube and takes its oil feed from the back of the engine. Made in the U.S. and assembled in Kaase’s shop, all pumps are bench tested prior to shipment.

Keep your fuel fresh and clean with these filters from Quick Fuel Technology. Give your 2008-2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8 a power boost with the Twin Turbo system available from Granatelli Motor Sports. The 7.81-inch Super Damper is a direct replacement for the stock unit, and features a 10-rib, 10 percent overdrive pulley on the outer shell, as well as a removable OEM-size six-rib accessory pulley.
